Where are we going?
Cape Town..
Cape Town is one of the most beautiful places on earth, with mountains, beaches and a heart so vibrant it’s no surprise its fast becoming one of the most popular places in the world. Cape Town was voted as one of the world’s top 20 cities by Conde’ Nast, as well as having one of the top 10 beaches in the world according to National Geographic. Sounds pretty nice, huh? In this package, we ensure to give you the most authentic experience of what Cape Town has to offer.
Wine tasting is one of the best and most popular ways to spend a day in Cape Town. Combine the delicious wines with some of the most beautiful landscapes on earth, century old architecture, and awe-inspiring food, and it’s no surprise that it’s one of Cape Town’s most beloved activities for visitors and locals alike. This region of the western cape offers people a chance to experience beauty, grasslands and how the vineyards grow and result in the most spectacular red and white Cape wines- which are world renown. Wine estates are a dime a dozen, so it can be hard to know where to start- for this part of the trip we have you covered and have ensured you experience the best of the Cape winelands.  How does some world renown wine tasting sound to you?
Africa being a vast continent of 54 different countries, cannot easily be generalized. The vast landscapes and spectacular African wildlife is reason enough to safari in Southern Africa. With high chances of seeing the Big 5, and more, being within meters from these incredible animals, watching them in their natural environment is something words cannot describe. Could you imagine seeing the Big 5 in their natural habitat?  How cool would that be for you? The safari section in this package is exciting enough to have you already planning your return trip. Two days, of off the grid luxury and relaxation in the middle of the African bush.
Johannesburg, South Africa's biggest city and capital of Gauteng province, began as a 19th-century gold-mining settlement. Its sprawling Soweto township was once home to Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu.  We'll only be here for our arrival day but it's a great city  to experience while in South Africa!
Where are we staying?
Mont d’Or Johannesburg
Mont d’Or offers a safe and tranquil haven of luxury & comfort amidst the hustle and bustle of SA’s largest city. Let it be your home away from home where you can get a taste of the diverse culture of Johannesburg and all it has to offer. The leafy Northern suburbs of South Africa’s engine room make for a soft landing within striking distance of the lively sights and sounds of Egoli – the place of gold.
Thakadu River Lodge
The beautiful Thakadu river Lodge has been carefully constructed to blend into its surroundings, with the use of wood and thatched roofs. A traditional “lapa” falls within a glade and a river to offer panoramic views. The lush banks of the river attract a plethora of animals in this dry reserve on the Botswana border where guests are pampered by the staff’s warm hospitality and personal care. The Lodge has a welcoming open-plan lounge, dining area and reception as an African bushveld oasis that offers exciting game drives as a compliment. The attractive bar and pool area are also ideal for relaxation. Madikwe is consistently rated as one of the best reserves in the world. It is big enough that you will only see a part of it but small enough that rangers have an idea where animals are – ensuring magnificent sightings. A bonus is that it is completely malaria free and is only 3.5 hours from Johannesburg.
Mont d'Or Winelands
This quaint boutique hotel is just meters away from the historic town centre, an easy walking distance from Franschhoek’s enviable variety of restaurants, museums, monuments, exclusive shops and art galleries – and the famous wine tram, of course. It lies in a quiet street of the centre of Franschhoek town and is perfect for some relaxation by the pool during this busy itinerary, while still being a very short safe walk to the delights of South Africa’s most splendid historic town.
Cape Town:
Radisson Red
Boldly and youthfully designed, the brand spanking new rooms are like no hotel you've ever stayed in before. Featuring bright, colourful art and stylish lighting, you'll feel energized by the vibrancy of your surroundings in the Radisson RED Hotel Cape Town so you can explore the city feeling refreshed and inspired. Complete with rooftop pool and bar – this place has so much energy that it makes everyone feel young. Importantly, it is the very best address in town – right at the V & A Waterfront and Silo district where you can safely walk to hundreds of restaurants and shops by the sea with views of Table Mountain.
